depends whether CIRA enforces their "registration rules" ... No canadian
placename or abbreviation of it is allowed according to the rules (section
3.3b if memory serves correctly)... unfortunately their computer system
shows no sign of obeying the rules, and is verifying advance registrations
for 3rd level domains when 4th level domains below the 3rd have already
been preregistration.
