Hi....sorry if this is already answered...but..
That error means that the losing registrar actively NACKED (killed) the
transer request. We don't actually get thie NACK, we just continue to query
the registry, and if (after a theoretical 5 days but a practical 9) the name
is not ours, then we say it 'timed out waiting for registry approval'....
