Hi,
The automated renewals email which is supposed to list the domain names
coming up for renewal is not working properly. It seems to be only the
30-0 days and deactivation domains that are NOT being listed in the email.
They ARE listed in Renewal Management in the RWI!
FYI we have it set to email us every day even if there are no domain names
due for renewal. We've just been getting empty reports everyday!
Has anyone else noticed this?
Thanks
Neil
