Yes, it is...just look in the shaving stuff the next time you're in the
supermarket or drugstore.

Although in the end, I feel Jack would lose his case in any regard,
according to how I read the UDRP, I'd still be bothered if this turns out
to be Tucows fear of a deep-pocketed Gillette rather than an ICANN order.
If the latter is the case, the UDRP needs to be re-written more clearly.
