Having just returned from five days of ICANN meetings (not to mention sixty
hours on planes and in airports........what day is it again?) I can tell you
that ICANN staff are typically happy to adopt consensus based changes. With
the gTLDs broadly approved and the VRSN deal looking done, we are just at
the start of being able to tackle these. As you guys know privacy is the
first one we are working on.

Changes to the UDRP would likely be the absolute toughest to effect, but to
have a chance they need be very directive and rooted in policy. I understand
your feelings towards the UDRP generally, but if our MSPs have consensus
around an issue that is very specific and clear, we will certainly do our
best.

It is surprisingly possible, although these changes will take real time.
