I'm encouraged just knowing that Tucows recognizes the errors and is
trying to lead the way in getting changes.  You personally, and on
behalf of your company, have been involved with the process for a long
time and have always advocated positive policies and positions.

I'm pessimistic of it's chances of success, though, unless more
registrars approach it from the same angle, since ICANN doesn't
usually act against it's puppermasters unless it is under immense
pressure.
