I agree.  That's why we need a massive expansion of the Namespace.

ICANN's IP/Trademark/Corporate puppetmasters are unlikely to let that
happen though.

I expect most of the new "Registries" will also oppose further
namespace expansion when the issue of more new TLDs comes up next
time, because scarcity is good for them, increasing the value of their
individual TLDs.
