I think that policy is wrong headed.  Opensrs should establish policies that
enhance the competitive position of their RSP's, not reduce it out of
programming expediency.
This policy would put RSP;s in a competitive disadvantage and should be
rethought from the position of what is good for their customers.  You have
always harped about how RSP;s are your customers, not the open public, but
this kind of decision belies that position.
