OpenSRS policies have always favored the end user, not the
RSP.

However, this proposed policy is good for OpenSRS and the
RSPs, as it leaves the end user with a good feeling about
the service as they leave it.

If you client discovers godaddy.com, you will lose him
regardless.  You might get one additional year from him
through forced renewal, but you will lose any other service
that you might had sold him had you allowed him to transfer
out without any hassle.

This is a good long term policy.
