(i.e. the admins/management?) I had a customer do the same thing, but moved to an ISP where I knew the admin. They put a reminder on his bill that he needed to clear up his billing with us as well. They didn't help with collection, but just a note appearing on another ISP's invoice was enough for him to pay. Here, most of the ISP's know each other and we do help each other out some.
