I imagine you COULD do that, but the contract would not be binding to
OpenSRS, they would be obligated to abide by the registrant's wishes
the way I read it (they may read it differently).
You would have to go to court to enforce your contract.
And if you took action on the basis of that contract, and the customer
sued you, and the contract was ruled invalid for whatever reason, you
could be liable for a sizable amount in damages.
I think it is best to just accept that domain registration services
are separate. I think it is also the best thing to do for your
company and your company's image.
But, like I said before, this is all just my own opinion.
