Good point. I can easily see my current customer base alone getting me
multiple tens of thousands of dollars in debt, which I don't have the
liquidity to support for the one-to-three months before it's refunded.
If this is an OpenSRS fee, I can certainly see the need to assure payment
-- but a better system that shouldn't be too much harder to implement
would be that there is only one $10 "on hold" fee per reseller per
reserved name.
