If a whole RSP is just one "customer" to OpenSRS, then OpenSRS should really charge us via option three. So, if implementing Option Three between OpenSRS and the RSP makes it harder to implement Option Two between the RSP and the End Customer, I'd rather have OpenSRS implement Option Two between OpenSRS and the RSP.
