Perhaps this is a marketable service for an RSP -- pay $xx, wait up to a
week, and change your registrant information and get an extra year of the
registered time instead of losing your existing time!
(the RNCA at NSI is essentially a delete and recreate immediately system
-- the new owner is billed for one year beginning the date the domain is
modified)
