Hi Chuck,
What I meant by the delete/recreate system was the fact that when you sign
and submit the RNCA to NSI, they essentially delete the record and
recreate it on that day. They cancel any remaining "lease" on the domain
and make you pay for a new registration. It is far more worthwhile to
transfer it to OpenSRS and then change the registrant name there!
