*perhaps* it's a marketable service, but you'd have to write the policies
(and ensure you're not bashing over the reseller contract and registrant
contract). As for the "delete/recreate" system, we don't have that big of
a finger on the registry, so the "delete" could end up in "registered by
someone else" before you know it ;)
