I think you would be amazed at how rarely that one actually stands up
completely in court (at least in Canada).

If you agree that I am not responsible if I harm your business, and I do
that, you can still sue me and win, because one must still take all
necessary care to *not* harm your business.  If you can show negligence
(as I'm sure wouldn't be too hard with NSI), you will likely be able to
recover your losses.
