we have several merchant accounts and I wish we could find a way to avoid
chargebacks

Verification : the sales guy  probably refers to address verification, we
have that on all of our web merchant accounts and still get stolen cards
which result in chargebacks...

I think there is no such thing as NO chargebacks, you just need to set up
your
1- retail price 2- order processing system 3- AVS/Fraud Track to hopefully
work together and
well enough so you can take SOME losses but minimize while still making it
easy for the
honest majority of your customer to do business with you.
