However, it would be good if the system could (RSP selectable) automatically
create a sub-user with Tech Contact and NameServer access on any
registrations.. As this is normally the RSP specified data from the RWI, it
would also give the RSP the ability to access and change that information..
Alternatively, this situation points towards the usefulness of Handles for
the Tech Contacts.. But this has already been voiced and debated, so please
let's not bash the point more..
