YES! I had to talk someone through changing their nameservers last night
whereas the ability to do that myself would save me HEAPS of time!
How about a tickbox in the registration interface which says something like
"I authorise XXX to be able to change my DNS information". Have the box
ticked ON by default but if the customer really wants they can untick that
box and have total control!
Another case in point, if I want to change my DNS server name and IP address
(say I change ISPs myself and hence change networks) then I want to be able
to update all the domains DNS info to point to my new DNS servers.
