You can always code a button on the login page, where they just click
it and it sends the right command to the server. Most of this can be
coded client side.

This too, as I already described. Get someone to do the
customizations for you, and you can have all of this now.

Well, your dns server should have the same hostname (presuming it is
under one of your domains), and you just change it in your record, and
it will automatically update. That's why domain registrants dont have
to enter nameserver IP Addresses (at least at the smart registrars
like OpenSRS).
