Hello, I know that this is a topic that is discussed time and time again....
Basically, I have a client whose name has expired (a couple of months ago) at netsol and it stopped working today. Neither he nor I received a reminder notice (I am the tech contact). The client would also like to change the registrant info, which costs $200 at netsol it done in a hurry so I want to transfer it to opensrs. According to the guy at the netsol chat, "Though it has expired it must now go through the delettion process which can take up to 90 days ...It must be deleted and released from the system." This sort of hostage taking really upsets me. Is the only option to pay them $35.00, transfer, and then complain to Mastercard? Sean
