Hmmm...and IF you paid the $35, could they bring the name back? I know for
us it depends how long past expiry we are...but for Netsol...they may be
able to do it anytime.

Whatever you do, don't pay that fee; it's free to do the same thing
here.....at worst you're looking at $35..there's no way you should pay $200.

Most likely this is true....that can be annoying.

sort of business practice.

Again..that will depend. You could wait for it to become available
again..(can be dangerous....a lot of business are built just to scoop these
names for higher priced resale)....or, if Netsol can and will do it, renew
with them transfer away, and see what complaining to Mastercard will get
you.
