So, what you're saying is that there is no recourse against NetSol and their unscrupulous business practices? I have a client waiting for a name that has been expired and inactive for TWO YEARS!!! But until somebody pays NetSol for it, it is not available to anybody else. I guess that's a good way for any registrant to reserve a name that he has no intention of using for ten years or so: Pay a one or two year registration to NetSol and transfer or renew it only when you actually wish to use it.
We shouldn't sit idly by and let them get away with it. What does ICANN think about it? Any ideas?
