Well I have to say I am less than satisfied over Entrust due to the time period involved to obtain my cert. Do they make it so bloody hard just because we took advantage of the freebie offer a while ago ?
I have had to get a 3rd party to verify that I am who I say I am - simply because the tech contact is the same as the admin contact on the domain I want to secure, that was a few days after putting in my application and faxing off the docs, then a while later the 3rd party was contacted (thanks scott schiller ), now a few days later still no cert - sent emails to the entrust administrator - never a reply. Whole process started on 12th October, docs faxed on 13th october (depending upon time zone :-) ), replied immediately to the iniial email, then a delay till was asked for a 3rd party. Now it's the 26th October and still no word. Fellers - there is no way that I will be able to recommend Equifax to my customers - this was my test process before I put any sort of push to my hosting customers - forget it - wont be worth the pain it will cause. regards Jim Carey
