I would think that f.i. the tech contact, usually the reseller, should be or will be most of the time "known" to Tucows, either as reseller or mirror or both, in which case one can speed up procedures by "upfront" acknowledging these ppl, meaning that only the paperwork needs done on the company (like company registry or such)
also in such a way, resellers are (certainly after some time) trusted ppl here, after all, we trust you with our money, you trust us not to use fraudulent cc's etc :) so i would say that in a certain way we would be able to verify our customers and or (when applicable) vouch for them.
