I'm not surprised at all. Rather, I'm lobbying OpenSRS to pay attention the resellers -- saying kind of "I told you so". I'll be deploying Tagged Message Delivery Agent software if/when Tucows says "no, you must have an e-mail RSP contact address in the WHOIS record." The TMDA software is inconvenient for my customers (my opinion) and I don't want to use it unless I have to. It's also work for me to setup. I'm already swamped. Hopefully Tucows will respond to the community requests in a timely manner and I can yank the [EMAIL PROTECTED] address without having to invest time in TMDA to work around their weird policy. David
