Exactly Chuck.  If its optional to display the reseller info in whois,
then why is the e-mail address required?  It doesn't make sense for one of
the optional pieces to be required.

By the way, the wording "for Technical Support with respect to this
domain" is confusing end users (i.e. users of the websites that have
registered their domains through us).  They think this is the address to
contact when the website is down, a cgi script is not working or they
notice a typographical error on the website.
