But, I doubt anyone will take a criminal complaint too seriously, it's hard to get them to do that for anything less than several thousand dollars. They could also claim that you knew about the restriction in advance, etc, etc. I like the idea of a class action lawsuit on this point better. The existing suit can't be extended to cover this issue, from the way I understand it, so it will take a new case being filed.
