Just a small update - Entrust phoned me at 3:40 a,m this morning to tell me
that they were waiting on a response to an email that they sent on the 19th
October to my 3rd Party contact - this stupid email asking for proof that I
work for OZBCOZ.

I pointed out the date and time that the answer was sent to them by Scott
Schiller (my 3rd party) - the 20th October. They were able to find the
answer and my other follow-up questions asking where the certificate was. I
received only a shame faced "ahhhh" comment when they realised they had ben
sitting on the email. So the notification of issuance of the certificate has
now arrived - I am now trying to retreive it so that I can implement it.
That is 15 days after initial request, 7 days after they received the answer
they said they were waiting on. Really not good enough.

I would like to thank my Tucows account rep - Peter Ejtel for pushing it
along - it's just such a shame he had to and such a shame that they then
blamed myself and Scott Schiller for not doing an action that we had done
immediately (and in my opinion the action shouldnt have been required - I
had to get a 3rd party to verify my employment in my own bloody company for
God's sake !!!)

Next wonder - when I go to retrieve the cert from Entrust's site I get
server not responding - contact server admin - this is just not destined to
happen - have a good weekend all.
