You don't explain what you mean by "access".  SnapBack-like service is
OK,  Hijacking domains is not.  I have talked customers into paying a
higher fee because Tucows does not do this sort of thing.  Some of these
customers have hundreds or thousands of domains;.

I would "like" it if I got the name I wanted for sure.  However, I would
still not go along with it because it violates the ICANN agreements and
the whole industry would start to do it.  

I do not agree with Mr. Allen when he says it does not violate the ICANN
agreement.  While the agreements can be interpreted in a number of ways
the issue is that ICANN does not enforce the agreement.  Just because
ICANN doesn't enforce it doesn't mean it doesn't violate the agreement.
