I am having a serious problem with our client for OpenSRS and I'm not really sure what to do, how to fix it and what's even causing it..but its costing us from best guess about 15-20 orders per day.. We've been using OpenSRS now for almost 2 years and I am familiar with the client and usually can trouble shoot it but this one is way beyond me and forgive me I'm a little panicked.
The problem seems to have started after the move of the servers from exodus, although it probabally a coincidence. Here's what's happening... You go to our first screen put in a domain and it says an error occurred. It doesn't give an error, it just doesn't do anyhting. Now I kinda tried some different things and this is what I found. If you put in a taken domain. It does it pretty consistantly, (actwd.com, yahoo.com, microsoft.com) If I put in on that's not taken, it does it but if I hit the back button 2 out of every 5 times it may display something. I have tried putting in a new client but it too is doing it. And I tried to use the SourceForge version of the client, It keeps saying something about authentication, evelopes and I have no clue what it it means and I'm not skilled enough to get the darn thing running.
