Hi, Nope this is our own machine have the huge receipt to show for it. I just had to move our Colo Provider in Oct for similar reasons to OpenSRS's, except we weren't provided with notice. Anyway I have root access and this just stopped after the moved to exodus. We've been using Plesk since right around the time we went live with Open SRS and both have lived very happily until Dec 22...then it just well...stopped. I've been using the same client since March 1999.
One gentlemen just wrote and said he thinks I have a very old client running (which I am). I'm hoping isn't the case because its going to be huge pain to change it. But it strikes me that somone said we had to change the client by the end of the year but I never saw another reference to it and was hoping it was just a vicious rumor. I was hoping that it was something else causing this other than needing an upgrade...I'm open to any ideas that would provide a quick fix while I get this other thing installed where as we are getting flat out killed on the loss of business. Sales are down but traffic and hits to the registration page isn't and I can see where its getting stuck on people. Thanks all for the input where as it is very very much appreciated and has given some new things to consider ----- Original Message ----- From: "Mike Allen" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: "Beth" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Cc: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Sent: Tuesday, January 01, 2002 5:46 PM Subject: Re: Its Broke: Plea For Help > Hi... > > > Are you running the server this site is on?
