ACTUALLY, You do NOT have to own the server, or have root access to it. We have installed the scripts both the old and the sourceforge versions and have them running successfully on shared servers.
On one we had to install Perl 5.6.1 because the server did not have it. On most we had to install the modules using "PREFIX" to let it know where to write the install files to (because we didn't have root access). Just wanted to jump in there and clarify. :-) Shawn Pritchard webexceed > -----Original Message----- > From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] > [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] On Behalf Of Mike Allen > Sent: January 1, 2002 6:47 PM > To: Beth > Cc: [EMAIL PROTECTED] > Subject: Re: Its Broke: Plea For Help > > > Hi... > > > Are you running the server this site is on?
