Hi...

    Are you running the server this site is on?  (IE: Do you OWN the
server?) Most "Plesk" systems will not allow you root access and this is a
must to install all of the encoding software for registrations. My guess is
that you are renting your server space, and I think you are going to find
that your host is NOT going to allow you to do everything involved to get
the registration software loaded.  I had to break down and get my own
dedicated server to accomplish my registrations. But their are some guys on
here that will allow you to host off of their server and they are already
setup with the packages you will need. I may allow you to host off of my
server, however I have not allowed anyone else to yet so I am not sure what
a reasonable fee would be for hosting your site... I will do a little
research and come up with a price if you find that is what it is going to
take to get your service up and running.
