FYI, the registrar in this case is not Verisign, its Melbourne IT aka
Internet Names WorldWide/INWW.  So contacting Verisign won't do any good.

If INWW isn't responding to your requests, you could file a complaint
at http://www.internic.net/cgi/registrars/problem-report.cgi -- however
don't expect anything to happen when you do.
