An ISP (now closed) have registerd a domain using your own e-mail address. The customer cannot use this domain and cannot change dns and so. I have written by email and fax to melboruneit without any reply (I have ticket number dated february 28 and the fax confirmation). I have already tried to transfer this domain under opensrs but obviously without success because the admin-c email probably are not longer valid. Anyone know how I can make changes at least to admin-c email address ?
