The hell with due process -- shoot now and wait for the lawyers later. The appropriate response to hijacking without notice is taking it back without notice. If they wish to take it, they can do *that* during business hours. And, by the way, this notion that one has some superior right to one's personal name as a domain name is pretty odd. I'm glad I'm not a client of yours.
