Keep in mind as you are having these internal discussions, that any
increase in the cost of doing business with OpenSRS will lead many of us
to look at other registrars for reseller options. 

We are already not able to compete simply on price. Don't make price the
determining factor for driving us to someone else.

As has been stated by the sane and rational many times. Domain hijacking
is a very infrequent problem. This latest mess was apparently a change
using the domain's username and password. Shame on the domain owner for
allowing this to be easily hacked or to leak out. Let's not fix the
wrong problem with an expensive solution only to find that it prices us
out of the market.
