I am opposed to an across-the-board cost increase just to fund 24/7 
compliance. A hijacking isn't something that can be 'fixed' quickly and 
after-hours/weekend research isn't feasible. I would prefer an optional 
fee-based 'after-hours' response mechanism. That way somebody who wants it 
can pay for it and the rest of us don't have to [pay for it.]
