You "think" this  but you have no evidence that suggests that.  And I
believe OpenSRS already stated that from their preliminary
investigation, the changes were made using the username/password for
the domain name.

OpenSRS does not provide Usernames/Passwords to end users, even if
they call (I know this for a fact).  They will tell the customer they
can transfer the domain to another reseller if they feel they cannot
work things out with their existing reseller.

So it is highly unlikely that what you suggest is what happened.
Since you are the reseller, even if they changed the admin contact
after a fax (which they say hasn't happened), OpenSRS would not have
sent him the username/password.  You were still the listed reseller,
so only you could have done that, even if the fax scenario did happen.

There are a lot of holes in this story, and I'm still not sure that a
hijacking occurred.
