I think you did. It turns out the 'first' occurrence of this hijacking was due to a forged modify using the old netsol system. We recovered the domain, and moved it to OpenSRS with assurance to the customer that it wouldnt happen again. I think the other Jason Ingram _called_ opensrs and social engineered his way into faxing his ID and claiming his old email address was invalid and you guys gave him the domain, effectively, without even sending an email to the old "defunct" email address (which was in fact not defunct, nor was his phone number).
