We initiate them over and over and they usually go through. The last one we had trouble with we started again on Friday, and it was done the first of the week. The customer even said the last time he did it, he got a verification letter from us, and NOTHING from Verisign ;o) It slipped through somehow. They may have been getting tired of denying it over and over and just let it go. Still not sure exactly what happened, but we got it ;o) Truth is, you really don't know about Verisign. Their practices change so much. We just re-do the request over and over until it comes through. Hope this helps....
