Hi Mitchell,

This might be the case because the corresponding option is not actived
in your account. Please check under: Domain Registration
Administration: Transfer Management: RSP Messaging: Transfers To Your
Account.

Make sure that "Receive email messages when a transfer is rejected by
the Losing Registrar or times out after 7 days" is turned to "yes".
