Yes, I assumed that Frank's comment was directed only at helping 
Mitchell, and not saying the overall problem didn't exist. Is that 
correct, Frank?

As I originally said, I get some of the messages (timed out waiting for 
owner approval) and not others (rejected by registry). That's clearly not 
a reseller settings problem, because there's no way to specify that 
behavior in the settings.
