Ok... we did some looking, and you're right - if a transfer fails,
notification WASN'T being sent out.

We recently did an alteration to our Transfers functionality (previously we
were parsing Registry created emails for triggers, we've since moved to
using the registry created reports which are much more consistent).

The last time this was notified we uh... thought we had it nipped in the
butt.  We missed a cheek it would seem.

Should be ok now - let me know over the next couple of days if it's working
as expected.
