I also have messages when 'transfer is rejected the Losing Registrar'
switched on and did not receive notification about order 7908243.
Interestingly, this is a resubmission of the transfer order yet there are
no notes from the original transfer request nor does the original transfer
order appear in 'declined orders'.

I also note that 'Receive email when a transfer to your account is
completed' is now turned off, though I have definitely received transfer
success messages in the past. Other RSPs may want to check this setting
hasn't mysteriously switched itself off too!
