No, it was paid after the domain expired, but before it was
deleted. Happens quite a bit.
And you point about a transaction ID is well taken. Opensrs is definitely
NOT PERFECT. And I would be willing to bet each of us has at least one
war storylike this. I do -- they were pretty slipshod about .us. On the
other hand, I remember paying through the nose with VeriSin and still that
happened. SHTA
