This is why we check the RWI renewals area once a week, keep a close eye on
the daily reports and cc ourselves the 5-day notices. If we see a name about
to be deleted that we KNOW probably should not be, we'll get on the phone to
the customer to be sure they are intentionally not renewing. And we would
certainly pick up on one we thought we had renewed. These are our safety
nets. Of course, this gets harder with larger volume and more personnel...

I think the issue at stake here is that:
Phillip renewed a domain, the RWI told him the domain was RENEWED when
in fact it was not!
Is it just me or does anyone else think that somehow the OpenSRS RWI
goofed up and is responsible for whatever Phillip is facing from his
client?
