No doubt ICANN came out stronger than it was before, but only because Verisign allowed it to correct mistakes made by it's legal rep, and Verisign got a bunch of BIG consessions on teh way past. I don't agree that the community came out ahead. The community was ignored - ICANN only fixed ICANN's problems, no one elses.
